All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Delivery times are estimated between 30 to 60 minutes; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
Our delivery service is operational between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
2. Delivery Areas
We provide delivery only within specific geographic areas as designated by us.
Orders placed outside our serviceable areas may be declined without prior notice.
3. Food Quality, Complaints, and Replacement
We maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.
Complaints regarding food quality or service must be reported within one (1) hour of delivery.
Upon validation of a genuine issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our sole discretion.
4Menu, Pricing, and Promotions
Menu items, pricing, and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Discounts and promotional offers are valid for a limited time and may carry specific terms and conditions.
5. Food Allergies Disclaimer
Customers with food allergies must notify us at the time of placing an order.
Although we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
6. Third-Party Ordering Platforms
If you place an order through third-party platforms such as Zomato or Swiggy, their respective terms and conditions shall apply in addition to ours.
Sandwich Crunch is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandwich Crunch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the food delivery service.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Your data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Amendments
Sandwich Crunch reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services after any changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
